I consulted with ZumGarden to help guide the brands' direction, strategy, and identity development. My approach involved conducting thorough business and category research to extract data-driven insights that effectively informed product development strategies.
From the inception of the brand, I led the process of name development to comprehensive development, collaborating closely with the creative team to execute my vision for the brand's packaging. In addition to strategic guidance, I also took a hands-on approach by creating all the copy for the brand packaging and website.
My role expanded into managing the brand's social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling online presence. I led multiple content teams, responsible for generating new innovative ideas for the brand's growth. My work continued with developing ongoing copy and overseeing the strategic alignment of the brand's identity across multiple platforms to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand image.
I provided the company with a comprehensive blueprint for its new influencer affiliate and ambassador programs. My work continued as I helped grow the program with affiliate lead generation.
Having sunk my teeth deep into the brand success of ZumGarden, my contribution continued by actively participating in brainstorming sessions and executing creative ideas, thereby contributing to the success of new product launches, partnerships and events.
